From May 1994 to July 2006, when I retired from full-time employment, I was the Manager of the South Australian Interpreting and Translating Centre (ITC). I am now working as a freelance interpreter/translator for the South Australian Translating and Interpreting Centre (ITC), the Northern Territory Interpreting and Translating Service (NTITS) and various private agencies throughout Australia for the English, Greek and Greek Cypriot languages.
